I had a great stay at this hotel for a family Christmas gathering at my sister's house in Tupelo. The rooms were fine and clean, and the staff went above and beyond to help with all needs. However, there were incidents like accidentally hitting the wrong button that shut off the power, but the team, especially Danielle and the General Manager, impressed me with their service. The location was convenient, between the two places I was working, and it was easy to move around Tupelo. The dining options were a brown bag of processed foods, which could have been better with a hot free breakfast buffet, but I did enjoy Thai dishes. The facilities met my expectations, with dry cleaning and laundry services available. The hotel was close to everything, including Marriott, making it an ideal choice for me.
